Filter for UVC Tube Lights ?

A friend is asking about this filter for UVC tube lights to capture fluoresce from its UV UV C B & A output ?
PS, Would it be better for UVC Led lights that have less blue output ?

Edit...Asking because UVC filters like Hoya 325c & ZWB3 block to much at the 254nm end. Hoya 325c is better at 60% & ZWB3 is only 40% passing.

For me the biggest issue was blocking everything else. I woudl even like to have 20% passing or even 10% passing, while blocking above 300 nm with OD8+
