ART will be able to correct for Fujifilm gfx100 PDAF banding soon!

The creator of ART (Another Raw Therapee) software has been working with Jim Kasson to correct a recently converted Fujifilm GFX100S camera to 720 IR PDAF banding issues. 

Its been reported that a future release will include the PDAF banding fix here:

So this is exciting if any one wants to convert  Fujifilm GFX100,  GFX100S,  or GFX100ii camera and is worried about PDAF banding. All these cameras use the exact same sensor. 

The gfx 50 line don't have PDAF.

I wish there were something like that for my A7 III.
Even if the banding is not always present and mostly for 850nm-images it is so annoying when it does pop up.

Have you tried ART?

It might already have the pdaf pattern known for your Sony as that is a more common mainstream camera.

Interesting. I have the same question as dabateman, for theA7Ri, which Jim K has also worked on. I had not heard of Another Raw Therapee. I see it is an offshoot of the standard Raw Therapee.
