UVIF macro of cucumber seeds

 Forgot to stack the hot mirror filter, on the Tiffen Haze 2E, to convert the full spectrum camera to standard. Kolari Vision modified Pentax K-1 with old metal body Nikon EL-Nikkor  80mm enlarging lens and extension tubes. Nemo torch supplied the  UV light. Cucumbers fuoresce  visible and IR light and might explain the interesting colors. ISO 100, F 11 at 1/2".

Trying to decide if this should be labeled UVIF or UVIV/IRF?

The image looks as though it was created with pastel chalks to give those very unusual "textures", some smooth, some slightly rough. And that is quite a pleasing play of soft colours across the image.

 

I am wondering whether the visible and IR fluorescences are in the same areas of the seeds? Does the one type of fluorescence obscure or contaminate the other?? It would be interesting to see 3 images for comparison: UVI-visible, UVI-infrared and UVI-unfiltered for some subject which has both types of fluorescence.
