Notification not working?

Possibly after the most recent maintenance, the notification function (indicated on the bell icon on the top-right of the page) seems to stop working.  The notification indication doesn't appear on the bell, even when someone responded to the thread I started.  My setting for the notification is switched on.

 

Am I missing something?  Or is there anyone else who is experiencing the same issue?

Akira - did this problem resolve itself? If not, please let me know. I apologize for the delay in answering this due to the health recovery. 

Try clearing your caches and history when something like this happens.
