Some stuff around town with an R72

All images were shot with an unmodified GFX50s II and a Hoya R72 filter. Lenses include Helios 44-2, Fuji 35-70mm, Voigtlander Color Ultron 50mm, and a Vega B12. I processed everything in Adobe Camera Raw and the occasional Photoshop.

Interesting colors.

Is the 35-70mm good for IR?

I have the 50S and that lens. I should test it.

No, it's got hotspots. Under f5.6 is not the worst, but it's there.

All good, especially the second moody blue 🤩
How was that shot please ?

It's just an unmodified 50sII with an R72. The overall look is just a lot of pushing and pulling with various sliders in ACR. I believe I masked the sky and really pushed the contrast there. If you look closely, you can see the unevenness created by various hot spotting.

Very nice results of the combination of a 720nm filter and an unmodified camera!  I may want to try the filter on my SIGMA fp.

Thank you for sharing!

Yes, very colorful for a 720nm filter - I especially like the mystic tones and blue atmosphere of #2 from the top.
