Did some IR photos today, was too windy for UV-B on a tripod

I've made a 15 km walk, took Fuji 50R and IRIX 45/1.4 with a standard Hoya 720nm.

Nothing fancy :)

Lens at very different f-stops from f=1.4 to f=13 max (f 16 seemed softer due to diffraction maybe, 22 even more, diffraction degrades quality sooner in IR).

Yes it surely does!

 

The last one is the most interesting.

But I'm thinking that 720 nm in B&W loses something. 720 nm might be more interesting in false color??
