The same strategy Fuji adopted for their S3Pro UV/IR Limited Edition ... basically a clever way of clearing out existing stocks, with profit,  to make room for a new model? (S5Pro in the case of Fuji). What Fuji did was to add a few minor hacks in firmware, change the AA/hot mirror filter over the sensor, and put a few  sticky notes of warning of the danger of UV to the packing box. and of course, officially one had to be a corporate client or forensic institute in order to purchase the modified camera. After a short while it was possible to get the camera through selected dealers nonetheless.

On a tangential note, I wonder about m43-lenses without IR hot spots?

Well they might just bundle it with an expensive version of the cheap 14-42mm kit zoom R2. Its good for 380nm up into IR. Also it has a small filter thread,  so you can use free Lee gels with a homemade adapter.

They have another bundle ready, called RecordResearch System

None modification to sensor part, maybe just new label on old bodies E-M1X and E-M1 mk III (they have note about generic specs), bundled with generic lenses 12-45mm F4.0 PRO or 12-40mm F2.8 PRO

Forget about cheap 14-42mm kit zoom R2 :)

The 12-40mm is also mentioned to be good.

Apparently, the only specialties of this R&R System is a special DOF scale and an instruction manual for the dedicated purpose.  The explanation of features of the system is nothing different from that for their normal products.

As Birna pointed out, this would be their way to clear out the surplus stock.

As for the IR system, the brochure says that the costs of the conventional IR cameras are very high and it requires large system, which has hindered the progression of the studies and researches.

Really?  Maybe the people in OM systems haven't heard of Lifepixel or Collari.

Interesting that they show about 760nm for a stock camera.

The UV is hard to estimate. But might just be 385nm or 380nm for stock and IR versions.

1100nm will be hard to achieve and I am surprised they didn't limit the graph to 1000nm.

I agree.

I think the document is created by their marketing department, after asking the engineers and miss-interpreting the answer, due to ignorance.

As the camera is m4/3, it is easy to adapt UV-capable lenses to it. No need to wait for UV-acceptable offerings from the maker of this camera. That wait would likely be seriously long anyway.
