OlDoinyo
Mesa Arch is a sandstone span located at the rim of Canyonlands National Park and is a very heavily trafficked location. At certain times of the year, many photographers have captured the sunrise shining through the arch from the east, such as seen here (not my photo.) When I was there a bit more than a week ago, it was far from sunrise as well as overcast with snow showers and intermittent swirling fog, so I tried something different, with the A900, the Kuribayashi 35, and the Baader U2 filter. Exposure was 13 seconds@f/16 and ISO 100; the milling crowds created an amusing effect in this frame, as you see. Display intent is BGR. Link to comment

dabateman
I like this style. There are many places in DC area I have wanted to do this. Also need to try some water fountains as well in IR. Link to comment
