cazza132
Ultraviolet induced visible fluorescence using a 365nm Alonefire H42 torch to light paint the jetty at dawn. Canon R5 with Hutech HEUIBII (Ha enhanced) 52mm filter slot in behind Sigma 28mm Art lens via a Hutech EF to RF filter adaptor. I was geared up for astro for the work done earlier in the night. I was surprised by the amount of algae that fluoresced red - more so on the predominantly shaded north side (southern hemisphere). The metal caps - strong blue and the timber, like the water - aqua white. This is a 10 shot (5Hx2V) panel panorama. A single UVIVF shot included. Definitely one to apply to similar man made structures for astro / night landscapes! Link to comment

Wayne Harridge
Very impressive, the fluorescing water really makes the jetty jump out of the screen. Link to comment

otoien
+1 to all of the above. Do you possibly have a visible light shot of the first one? I just wonder how much green color was visible on the wood that could help identify candidate targets. Link to comment
cazza132
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Here is an example without UV light. Link to comment
cazza132
With longer exposure to show the actual jetty colour. Link to comment
lukaszgryglicki
UVIVF makes its job - it really adds to those images. Link to comment
Kai
Aesthetically very appealing and technically demanding. A really great job! Link to comment
