Hi. I'm Dave from Arizona, USA.
Been reading this forum for a few months and decided to join so I could share some of my experience with IR & UV photography (& imaging) and get some advice from the experts here. Since I discovered infrared film in the 1970s I've enjoyed the discovery of the unseen world. I also dabbled a bit in UV photography back then but found it challenging to get good images. Recently I'm involved in repurposing interesting scientific equipment for educational use which has included UV & IR live-view imagers that allow real-time viewing of the unseen. I will post some of my early photos in the appropriate forums here and look for some advice on modern methods and equipment. I'll also share my experiences with non-photographic UV & IR image viewers.

I've been in Arizona recently, you have very very good sunny conditions for UV there - this is sure!
