Cultivar in home garden

Comment:

The UV-dark anthers give the impression that this Helleborus has a bull's-eye.

The petals (which are formally known as sepals in this flower) stay on the flower for a long time. The leaves remain green during the winter. And the plant grows well in the shade. All things considered, it is a very nice addition to the home garden.
