Yes they seem to exist and the fabric is called Transol.

I should have done this.

The fabric seems to be at least 81% polyester.

Now I wonder if you can do a fully clothed (visible light) UV reflectance nude shot? 

It does seem to block some UVB with their colors. 

I just had a look through the patent and at the end noticed some interesting stuff in "Similar Documents".

 

I note that this patent application is much more recent than the mid 1970's when "tan through bikinis" came to my attention, so there must have been more development happening in this area over the years.

Well just looking through a free Lee filter book, you can see some of the colors are limited.  The books I have gives spectra from 300nm to 800nm. You can see quite a few colors that have good UVA transmission.

I wrote them down somewhere. 

The lee filters are polyester with dye, so gives you a good Idea for nice visible colors and sun tanning capabilities.
