Posted April 16, 2022 Share Posted April 16, 2022 To avoid all the annoying stuff about embedded links or using the Source button to edit a link, I suggest the following as an easier way to put a link into one of your topics. YMMV on this, of course. We have no rules about which way to provide links. Write the word LINK (or whatever). Copy the link you want to use. Highlight the word LINK with the editing cursor. Click the paper clip icon at the left-most end of the 2nd row of the Edit Menu. Paste the copied link into the URL box on the popup window which appears. Edit the copied link to remove comment numbers, if desired. Click Insert into Post. Here is the popup window. Note that you need not use the word LINK. On the popup window, under Link text you can edit the word or phrase you use to represent the link. Link to comment
