ulf
There is a possibly interesting M42 bellows up on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/403327409189 It has a lot of possible adjustments like a view camera. I have no idea about how stable it is. Setting the adjustments in an optimal way will be a challenge. I decided to pass this as I have tried doing some macro work with a tilt adapter that works with my mirrorless camera. It was quite tricky to get good working positions and I prefer working with focus stacking instead.
Bill De Jager
This apparently is the same as the bellows once sold under the Hama and Spiratone names. I looked into these a while back and they don't do so well with heavy cameras and lenses. nfoto
Definitively not built with the quality to exploit the possibilities given by its design. One can achieve some interesting results with a suitable lightweight lens and a mirrorless camera, though. But operation still will suffer from the lack of precision of the controls. (I had one of them and rebuilt it to a 28mm f/3.5 tilt-shift version of the PC-Nikkor)
dabateman
I read that they may have plastic gears for fine adjustment, which break easily. I also saw that reported on others for sale on Ebay. So buyer be were. Not all metal.
