The paper does have images. You need academic library access to read the paper. I have it, I can send it. Not sure about posting images, but at least in the US there is a fair use policy that says parts of a work can be used for discussion, criticism etc. So probably it's okay, so long as extensive portions aren't quoted verbatim.
