It might be a series filter mount system and you maybe able to measure it to see if you can buy an adapter.

For which series in the series system it might be. There is a table near the bottom.

 

I have a Tiffen series IV filter which is 21mm in diameter and fit perfectly into a 25mm filter ring. Its was marked 2A, but actually acts like a 2B. It was "brand new" in box when I bought it earlier this year. When I opened the box it partly fell apart and inside was stamped 1952.

Really cool.
