For now I will use the bare speedlight only & it appears that it is uncoated ?

I can make the 77mm filters mount onto the speedlight adapter I found above.

Yes the flash tube seams to be uncoated in the Speedlight-head.

 

From my spectrometric measurements I draw these conclusions:

The direct radiation from the tube seams to go deeper into UV-A.

The light bounced by the reflector appear to have lost its shorter UV-wavelengths, hinting of some coating of the reflector's surface.

 

The photo-flash capacitors can contain a big charge as they often are of several thousand µF and often charged to 250-400V.
