Most of the flowers are blue with a white eye, but small patches of white flowers also pop up in the middle of the blue. The white flowers have a blue ring around a white eye. In ultraviolet light the flowers reverse with UV-bright petals and a UV-dark eye. The white flowers are a bit more UV-bright than the blue flowers which are pale false blue in UV. Reference:There really is not a proper reference for a retail hybrid, so I will simply post a reference to the genus Veronica.1. Wikipedia (acc 31 May 2021) Veronica (plant).
