Concone
Hi everyone, I'm Luca from Rome (Italy).I have been following IR photography for some years but recently I approached UV photography and I started to do the first experiments.I’m completely unfamiliar with this topic and for this I am here with the hope of learning as much as possible and learning new things. Greetings to all and thanks for welcoming me. Link to comment
Stefano
Ciao Luca, another Italian here. UV photography is a bit more complex than IR photography, you need either dichroic filters (like a Baader U) or ionic filter stacks. Then not all lenses are good, even if most will get you to at least 380 nm, which is enough to see typical UV things, like nectar guides, dark sunscreen etc. Once you have the gear, you are set and you don't have to do anything else, unless you want to upgrade something. Did you take some images that you want to share? Link to comment
