Christoph
Black & white IR with my Sigma SD1... I think the results are outstanding. I used a Zomei 760nm filter plus polarizer. The trick is to NOT use the monochrome mode but the normal color mode in SPP, and then some tweaking in the color scheme and color fringe section... the small step of converting to black and white is done in Photoshop... colinbm
Very high contrast....that I have never achieved with a Sigma....yet......must try this, Thanks. Link to comment
Andy Perrin
Yes, the polarizers work fine with the 700nm filters. They stop working as you go out towards the 800's. Link to comment
Christoph
Here's an autumn image - shot with the SD1 and red filter, with my "red filter raw presets" in SPP... white balance optimization in Photoshop Link to comment
Cadmium
Christoph, Very nice photos! A reminder to anyone, that these filters and stacks will not performs the same on most other cameras. The unique design of the Sigma Foveon sensor in the SD1 is required to get the same results from these filter/stacks. Link to comment
