OlDoinyo
In a recent post, I had occasion to use a few images I had already posted to the board. When an image is posted to the board, it inserts a line of code into the text of the form filename[/i]] which then links the uploaded image and displays it inline. However, if one copies this code and attempts to use it in a subsequent post, the link does not work--the post displays the code rather than the image. On the occasion specified, I simply reuploaded the images to get around the problem; however, this is not only annoying, it wastes server space with duplicate uploads and chews into one's upload allowance for no good reason. Is there a better strategy? Link to comment
nfoto
If you right click the posted image, then copy location: https://www.ultravio...-1581542333.jpg However, this will only give the link. To get the image to show in the usual manner, click the "image" icon in the editor, then copy the link location into the URL field. And there's your image Link to comment
nfoto
Aha, more Americans than Pete Buttigieg can deal with a Norwegian phrase (mange takk loosely translates as 'many thanks'. The idiomatic version would be 'Thank you') Link to comment
