Cadmium
Here are my tests with visual bandpass filters used for visual shots with my UVIR converted cameras.I tested all shots with both a Nikon D7000-UVIR and a D7200-UVIR, results were similar with both cameras (comparisons 1 and 2).I shot all these using Auto which I also compared to Direct Sun (from RAW), and there was no appreciable difference. This reference shot is from a stock Nikon D610. A comparison of Auto straight out of camera (left), and with Photoshop Auto Levels added (right). Comparison 1 is D7200 straight out of camera, using AUTO, looks the same as Direct Sun from RAW. Comparison 2 is D7000 straight out of camera, using AUTO, looks the same as Direct Sun from RAW. Comparison 3 are the same D7000 shots with Photoshop Auto Levels added. Comparison 4 are the D7000 RAW files white balanced in Photo Ninja (full frame sample). Comparison 5 are the D7000 RAW files white balanced in Photo Ninja (full frame sample) with Photoshop Auto Levels added. Comparison 6 are the D7000 RAW files white balanced in CNX2 (full frame sample). Comparison 7 are the D7000 RAW files white balanced in CNX2 (full frame sample) with Photoshop Auto Levels added. I have added this comparison: Link to comment
