Few shots done last year in my homeland, either with Kyoei 35mm F/3.5 or with Focotar-II 100mm F/5.6 lens, Baader U2 filter and full spectrum NEX-5N. To view full-size images use right click -> view image.

These are excellent evidence that UV can play a part in landscape photography.

Care to share information of the flora depicted? Apparently there are some flowers here with a great deal of UV reflectivity (pictures 2,4).

Just some ordinary Malva (2) and Senecio (4). There is also Hypericum (1). Floral photography was not my priority and I did not have necessary literature and internet access to make proper identification.

Some good work Alex.

UV landscapes are tough, I think, but you have captured a nice subtlety of tone with these minimalist (of a sort) compositions. So it all hangs together quite well after the eye adjusts to the UV-ness.

[ 'hangs together' is not an official art term. "-) ]

Thanks Andrea,

Minimalistic it is. The last one, with the horse and Senecio is my favourite of all UV-landscapes I have shot so far.
