These cameras achieve that super high ISO by having few, big pixels. The resolution is relatively low, but of course still usable.

 

Don't expect to see much at ISO 4,000,000. You would still distinguish objects, but the noise will be there.

 

Low-noise cameras can be useful especially in UV, where we usually need more light.
