Nice mini tripod

Sometimes there is a need for a mini tripod to hold a motif like a flower or some reflector.

I have found that I needed more such simple tripods in my indoors photo corner.

After some searching I found these:

I was pleasantly surprised how are stable and well made they are.

The hight is step-less adjustable and they can go really low.

I often add a small low ball head to increase the adjustment flexibility.

 

They are too small for safely holding my Godox AD200 flashes but are good for small vessels with motif-flowers and thin reflective screens.

Neat accessories are always welcome and useful.

 

I have relied on my moderately tiny yet sturdy Leitz tabletop pod since '69.

Thanks for deleting the duplicate. It disappeared so quickly that I alost thought I never saw it.

The forum locked up a minute or two when I posted the topic and must have been trying two times.

 

I too have a been using my Leitz tabletop tripod, but wanted something that could go lower.

I got mine abut twenty years after you hot yours.

Yeah, that one doesn't ship to Canada either, which is bizarre for both these Chinese vendors. I'll look for one on Amazon, I think.

If there is any conciliation, neither tripod would ship to Norway. So our countries are equally "suspect" in th eyes of these sellers.

I think it is due to their chosen shipping agent's routes.

 

It seams not to be normal mail, that gets stuck with Swedish mail-service for several weeks while import processing.

 

Lately I have gotten several different items has taken a faster route via another EU country, reaching me directly, much faster without any burocratic pain.

That route might not include Norway or Canada
