dabateman
I am not sure why I like this so much. But my neighbor's back lawn in completely burnt out except for a small tough of what might be onion grass. I really like how the contrast looks on the yard. Not sure if I have the scale correct with the Canon 40mm lens I am using. Next time might take a shot with a much better wide angle. KG3 with Lee 729 for IR chrome like image: Normal spectrum. Andrea B.
That is cool. I like it too. You know, I think that stuff is probably Wild Garlic? I used to get clumps of it in my yard in New Jersey. If you dig it out, there are lots of little onion-like (with very smelly garlic scent) bulbs. The leaves are round and hollow. Does your example fit that? Link to comment
dabateman
I think she might be really mad if I dig up in the middle of here lawn. But I now have some in my yard so will have to look. Link to comment
Andrea B.
Just look at the leaf and see if it is round and hollow like Chive leaves. If it is round and hollow then it is wild garlic: Allium vinealehttp://ipm.ucanr.edu/PMG/WEEDS/wild_garlic.html The stuff is edible, but meh ! Link to comment
