CommentLysiana exocarpi is endemic to Australia and widespread in all mainland states but absent from northern Australia. It is mainly hosted by Acacia (as in this case), Casuarina, Cassia and Eremophila species. It is the most well-known mistletoe among Indigenous people as a “bush tucker” plant.
