Australian Native Wildflower as Garden Specimen

Hakea petiolaris is a large shrub or small tree with bluish foliage which has been grown in gardens for many years. The flowers attract bees and native pollinators during April – June.

An interesting flower.

In UV the inflorescence stands out dark against the lighter leaves.
