In the USA you can find

G8T5 this is germacidal clear bulb that is 8 watts and has a t5 pin for light fixture that needs a ballast.

 

G8T5e is a germacidal bulb with white phosphor coating that allows the 303nm Mercury line and up converts the 254nm Mercury line to typically 306nm.

 

F8T5 BL is a black light that allows for the 365nm Mercury peak line and has white coating to reduce, not eliminate the lower UVB lines of 303nm and 313nm. These are used in tanning beds and are dangerous.

 

F8T5 BLB is woods glass black bulb which is mostly 365nm, but will have 335nm as well. It also leaks in 405nm Mercury line.

 

F8T5 is fluorescent light bulb and will have some 365nm uv light. I have measured that off the standard bulb, but its not very strong.
