colinbm Posted April 25, 2021 Share Posted April 25, 2021 Lovely Bunch of Flowers go under the UVA Quad LED Lights taken with the full spectrum converted Sigma fp, with a UVA capable Igoriginal refurbished 35mm f3.5 lens & a Baader UV filter, CWB in camera.The Quad LED light is a mixture of 365nm, 375, 385 & 395nm LEDs. Andrea B. Posted April 25, 2021 Share Posted April 25, 2021 I was wondering how those shaggy chrysanthemums would look under UV. It seems they can go either way, UV-light or UV-dark.The carnations are interesting because some of the outer petal tips seem to be slightly UV-lighter. Link to comment
Stefano Posted April 25, 2021 Share Posted April 25, 2021 Adding 340 nm LEDs (green) will shift the lavenders towards the complementary color (magenta). This is why (I think) a poor UV reach produces bluer lavenders, but I am going off-topic perhaps... Link to comment
