bvf Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 Nice images, Yon. I'm not familiar with the Qpaq flash kit, but had a quick look on the 'net. Are you using the inbuilt diffuser- I would have expected that to be UV absorbing? Do you have any comparative shots with and without flash? Link to comment

Yon Marsh Posted April 13, 2021 Author Share Posted April 13, 2021 Thanks, the flash was an old quantum Qpaq-x, seems to radiate UV, "etched the glass tube" a bit more to help with any UV production. Its a portable old system same sort of thing as Qflash which also seems to kick out some UV and can be useful. I did modify a metz ct45 before, but this seems to kick out more than the metz.
