Slowness from US East Coast Outage?

There was a big outage on the US East Coast a couple of days ago. It seems there is still some problem because accessing pages here on UVP is still slow sometimes.

Nothing to do with UVP though.

I read that a fiber got cut in Brooklyn and might be causing the problem.
Hopefully all repaired soon.
