Porophyllum gracile Benth.

EN: Odora; Slender poreleaf

 

A small perennial shrub native to deserts in Northern Mexico and adjacent parts of United States, P. odora is a strongly scented plant with a few (10-30) tiny disc florets enclosed in a a waxy involucre

The corolla of the disc flower is moderately UV-reflective whilst the anther tube and pollen are UV-dark.
