We have three membership levels.
  • Members
Everyone is initially placed in the Members group which has a limited amount of upload space.
  • Members(+)
If a member has used up their initial upload space, then we will move them to the Members(+) group which has an increased upload allotment.
  • Members+G
If a Member has requested a personal Gallery for display of some of their work in portfolio form, then we will add them to the Members+G group.

I had really wanted to congratulate Benard on his tri-colors but I am not allowed to reply in the galleries. Is that a membership problem?

No it is intended to be so.
The galleries should be free from comments, just at you should not add posters or notice sheets on walls and windows in a physical Gallery you visit.

You can start a new thread with the congratulation and there link to a galley thread.
That would be OK

Bernard also has other tri-color posts, so search for his posts.

Actually, having seen KaJashey's podt above, I feel suitably congratulated!
