Australian Native Wildflower as Garden Specimen

Dianella caerulea is widely distributed in Australia where it is often common in coastal areas, heathlands and sand dunes. It is extremely variable throughout its range with a study revealing 10 different genetic forms in north-eastern Queensland. These images show the blue berries of its common name.
