Surprise with recent Thorlabs purchase

I recently ordered some UV bandpass filters from Thorlabs, and was surprised to find this in with the delivery;

 

In fact I had another parcel from them a few days later (as one of the filters I ordered wasn't available when the first lot were sent), and there was another one of these packs inside the parcel with that filter too.

 

Pleasant surprise to get this from them. Although I'm not sure what the Hobbit biscuits will taste like - I keep thinking about hairy feet, and a long trip to Mordor.

 

As an aside, I was very impressed by Thorlabs. Good customer service, good solid packaging and good prices. I got some parts from Edmunds at the same time - poorly packaged, and much more expensive. I shall definitely use Thorlabs more in future.

Hah, yes! They always send snacks. Thorlabs is the best. Good, affordable stuff. Also, everything fits together with everything else like LEGO.

Hope you don't have a peanut allergy. I don't, but that might be a biohazardous surprise to someone with one.

 

You need only eat those biscuits during second breakfast.
