gavin1911
Greetings, I am Gavin Huang, from Toronto, Canada. My background is biomedical engineering, in which I am more familiar with infrared and magnetic resonance imaging. I started to collaborate with federal and municipal law enforcement a few months ago to develop a concealable ultraviolet-based instrument to use in forensics. Since then, I became fascinated about ultraviolet photography and would like to explore more about it. I am in particular interested in 200-300nm range as I am building a prototype in this range for a field-test later this year based on ultraviolet reflection photography technique. I appreciate being accepted to UVP community and cannot wait to learn & share. Best. Gavin Link to comment
nfoto
Most welcome to our friendly corner of the cyber space. 200-300nm sounds like you need a UV-Nikkor lens. Link to comment
dabateman
Welcome fellow Torontonian. I did my PhD at University of Toronto in Medical Biophysics. I also grew up in the area. I am now in the USA, though.Uvc for direct reflective will be extremely hard. But we will get more into that in your specific forum post. Link to comment
