Very nice, Bob! The last photo is probably my favourite.

 

Strange how the sky is blue at the start and more magenta in the final photo. Did you re-adjust your white balance in between shots?

all has been adjusted... WB, hue, etc.. BG-3 with scene referred WB doesn't come out like this.

 

i think i will edit away the magenta.. thx!

That was part of why I liked the last one more than the others :)

 

I get deep purple skies with my B+W 403 on my full spectrum Nikon D3200. I usually tone it down a bit, but I still like the dark purplish tones - especially taken in the late afternoon.

i will leave the last one alone.. the reason i post is for feedback.. so i mis-understood your comment. in the end it is all artistic freedom anyway.
