Adonis amurensis Regel & Radde

Syn: A. vernalis L. var. amurensis (Regel & Radde) Finet & Gagnepain

 

This is an early spring flower native to Manchuria and Japan, and cultivated in alpine gardens as an ornamental plant elsewhere.It is sometimes treated as a variety of the European species A. vernalis.
