Australian Native Wildflower as Garden Specimen

 

Synonym

Pholidia laanii (F. Muell.) Kraenzl.

 

Comment

Eremophila laanii was named after Dr van der Laan, a 19th century Dutch physician and promoter of research. It is restricted in the wild to the upper reaches of the Gascoyne and Murchison River systems and can have pink flowers, as in this case, or cream ones.
