Comment:

I found this tiny M. stricta on a grassy, weedy strip between a sidewalk and a very busy road at my local Starbucks when I stopped for tea. Such dry, disturbed habitats are typical for this Myosotis. The presence of hooked hairs on the calyx gives another identity clue. As is typical of most Myosotis, this sample features a false dark blue corolla in UV. It has a darker eye in its center.

Note the uncinate trichomes on the calyx.

The left flower is older and has begun to show fading in UV light.
