The script is wrong in this, though: most stars are not really UV-dark (including our own;) just a bit dimmer. Otherwise I could not have done most of what I have on this board!

I think they are using the word UV when they should be using the word fluorescence. So he means if you could see the night sky fluorescence only, then... of course that is not possible.
