SteveCampbell
Tried my hand at an ultraviolet self-portrait under the Australian sun 35mm, f/3.5, 1/30th, ISO12800. Full spectrum-converted Canon 5Dmk2 (Spectosil 2000 Fused Silica) + Auto Takumar 35mm F3.5 + BG40 + UG11. http://orig08.deviantart.net/5de6/f/2017/218/6/1/20637959_10103275418092817_2512621809608407520_n_by_stevecampbell-dbj5i3a.jpg Many thanks to OlDoinyo for suggesting the Asahi 35mm f3.5 ! I have a EL-Nikkor 135mm f/5.6 on the way with appropriate extension tubes, helicoid, and adapters. Hopefully I'll be posting results of this lens in the future! Link to comment
nfoto
That is a nice and definitively 'UV' portrait :D Link to comment
Alaun
Oh, it looks like now the famous Australian ozone hole stays open in winter as well. :) Fine picture! Seems to show little noise. Werner Link to comment
OlDoinyo
That is respectably sharp for having been shot at maximum aperture (I usually chicken out and set mine to f/16.) You could make yourself an avatar out of that image. Link to comment
Andrea B.
Cool portrait !!! I'm afraid to see what I look like in UV. Link to comment
