What an interesting flower! (On the right, not the Dandelion.) I'm not sure whether it is a kind of ice plant or a kind of sedum. Rosette foliage seems sedum-like.

 

I'm always fond of the turquoise/sunset colours from the B-410. This filter is great fun. Thanks for posting two cool versions from it so folks can see the possibilities.

It is a cool flower. I don't know what it is. I only shot the flower with B-410, but here are two visual shots by a friend, using a stock D610, hopefully this will help to identify it.

Nope, no Hieracium and definitively not H. pilosella (which have lanceolate leaves with entire margins).

 

Look instead for a Hypochoeris or Leontodon.
