Miscellaneous information, more of theoretical (educational) interest than practical usefulness.

 

The first link below may require free registration, I cannot be sure. All these references are available on the Internet, but may take some digging to find them. These are from my archives, so I did not keep the original links. Google should be a good start to find them. Quite a few are probably available for free through academic libraries, but might require a university login or IP address.
