Our primary research areas are photobiology and optogenetics with focus on animals. One of the main reasons for joining this group is to learn more about UV photography which will simulate true animal vision. As an example, almost all avian species are sensitive in can UVA region (for chicken, peak at 385nm). On the top of it, I'm astrophotography (studied astronomy...) and nature photography enthusiast.
