DaveO Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 Thanks Reed, That explains the results I got by propping up my Spectralon square and the Color Checker in front of a block of Aussie hardwood - as used for house stumps, probably yellow box or something (that's the common name for the timber not a reference to Kodak) This is illuminated by my 365 UV-LED bare This is with my Baader-U over the UV-LED to give the same illumination that I use for all my UVIVFL shots where you will often see fluorescence of some sort on the branches or bark backing I thought I would find out the reason eventually.
